Due to its geographical position, Lourdes benefits from a mild climate throughout the year. Yet, significant differences in terms of air temperature, humidity and rainfall do occur.
Thus, winter seems to be the coldest of all seasons, with temperatures ranging from -5°C to 3°C. Rainfall is not particularly spectacular in winter, but short and constant drifts do arise.
Lourdes sees the highest air temperature values in summer. These values reach to 1 or 2 degrees above 20°C in July and August.
On an average, spring and autumn seem to be the rainiest seasons, with temperatures which hardly exceed 15°C and barely drop below -2°C.
